My first stop was Footlocker. I needed tennis shoes since most of my shoes are heels. To my surprise, there was a 70% clearance table in the store. I got a pair of Jordans ($84.99) for $25.50 and a pair of Nikes (54.99) for $15. I paid $40.50 plus $2.84 tax and saved $99.48. Both pair were cheaper than one pair at regular price!!
My second stop was The Limited. I wanted to use the $50 Virtual Dollars I received last month. The great thing about the Virtual Dollars is you can use them on ANYTHING!!! I also had a coupon to use as well. My first transaction included the pants($79.50) clearanced at $34.99, the pants($128) clearanced to $49.99 and a pair of earring (not pictured) for $16.50. After the $50 coupons, my total was $51.48 + $3.59 tax. I saved $172.52 or 70%.
I purchased the shirt in my second transaction. It was $39.50, on sale for $19.50. I used my Limited coupon I received in the mail for $15 off purchase. My total was $4.50 + $.32 tax. I saved $35 or 87%.
I received 2 Mystery Cards for $15, $20, $25, or $100 to spend 11/2 to 11/22.
VIRTUAL DOLLARS: The Limited runs promotions where you get $25 Virtual Dollars for every $50 you spend. When redeeming the bucks, you have to spend $50 to get $25 off during set dates. I received mine last month, but was only able to redeem them starting today.
